• What is the validity period of a gift certificate?

  The certificate is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. It can be extended once upon agreement with our manager. Valid in Lviv and other REIZ locations.

• How do I use the certificate and book a car?

  Select a car and dates on the website or by phone. Provide the gift certificate code to the manager — the amount will be applied to the booking. You can book online, by phone or via messengers.

• What if the rental price exceeds the certificate amount?

  You can pay the difference using any convenient method (card/cashless/cash). Combining multiple certificates for one rental is allowed.

• Can I use the certificate in parts for several trips?

  Yes, partial payments are possible until the full amount is used. Tell the manager you’d like to spend it in stages.

• Can I use a certificate if I don’t have a driver’s license?

  Yes — a chauffeured rental is available (extra service). A convenient unique gift in Lviv for those who don’t drive.

• Do I need a deposit and insurance when renting with a certificate?

  Standard rental terms apply: the security deposit/franchise depends on the car class. The certificate covers the rental price but does not replace the deposit or extra services. CDW/SCDW liability reduction is available.

• Can I get a refund for a gift certificate?

  Refunds are not provided by the certificate terms. If needed, we can extend its validity or reissue it to another person.

• For which occasions is the certificate suitable — is it truly a unique gift?

  Yes — it’s a versatile, unique gift in Lviv: birthday, anniversary, wedding, corporate events, New Year. Great as a gift for car enthusiasts and for anyone who values new experiences.

• Which formats are available and how fast can I get it?

  Electronic certificate arrives by email within 5 minutes after payment. Physical certificate can be delivered by courier in Lviv and across Ukraine. Both formats are equally valid.

• Who can buy it and who can use it? (driver requirements)

  Any adult can buy a certificate. It can be used by a driver who meets REIZ requirements: age 21+, 3+ years of experience, passport and driver’s license (for foreigners — international license if required).
